We recruit across our home healthcare operation — registered nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists and caregivers delivering care in patients’ homes — alongside commercial and support roles such as business development. Every live opening is listed in the open positions section above with its licence and experience requirements. Roles marked “Vacancy closed” are no longer accepting applications.
Yes. Registered Nurse, Nursing Assistant and Physiotherapist positions require a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or a DHA eligibility letter, and only candidates who hold one are considered. Vesta Care is a DHA-licensed home healthcare provider (license 7848044), so every clinician we employ must be licensed to practise in Dubai.
Caregiver applicants need a Certified Dementia Assistant (CDA) certification or an equivalent qualification, together with current CPR and First Aid certification. Experience supporting elderly patients, or people living with long-term conditions in a home setting, is an advantage.

Clinical roles deliver care in patients’ homes, hotels and offices across Dubai, coordinated from our head office at Suite 1605, Damac Executive Heights, Barsha Heights. Some roles also support our managed clinics in academic institutions. Commercial and administrative roles are based at the head office.
