License / Certificate:
DHA License / Eligibility letter as an Assistant Nurse
Attested High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years Nursing Diploma
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant, preferably in a home health care setting.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Skills:
Assist Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
Support patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely and comfortably.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory tests as directed.
Administer medications under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Assist with wound care and dressing changes as per established protocols.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
