MOVE 01Day one, at the doorstep

Assist Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive care to patients in their homes.

Support patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

MOVE 02Understand the need

Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely and comfortably.

MOVE 03Deliver the core of the role

Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory tests as directed.

MOVE 04Work with the team

Administer medications under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse.

MOVE 05Support patients & families

Assist with wound care and dressing changes as per established protocols.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

MOVE 06Record, report, improve

Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.

What you need

License / CertificateDHA License /  Eligibility letter as an Assistant Nurse · Attested High school diploma or equivalent. · 2 years Nursing Diploma
ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant, preferably in a home health care setting.
SkillsBasic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
