MOVE 01Day one, at the doorstep

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and in accordance with the patient’s goals.

MOVE 02Understand the need

Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

MOVE 03Deliver the core of the role

Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, activities, and self-care to facilitate optimal recovery.

MOVE 04Work with the team

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure integrated and holistic care.

MOVE 05Support patients & families

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes.

MOVE 06Record, report, improve

Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

What you need

License / CertificateValid DHA license as a Physiotherapist. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a home health care setting.
SkillsStrong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on delivering high-quality care.Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
