MOVE 01Care at the doorstep

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols.

Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and medication management.

MOVE 02Assess, thoroughly

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ensure accurate documentation of all interventions.

MOVE 03Administer & document

Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, setting appropriate goals for patient care.

MOVE 04Plan with the team

Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and necessary lifestyle modifications.

Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjust care plans accordingly, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

MOVE 05Teach the family

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation of all care provided.

MOVE 06Monitor, record, communicate

Effectively communicate and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.

What you need

License / CertificateDHA License /  Eligibility letter as a Registered Nurse · Attested Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a home health care setting.
SkillsExcellent clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in home health care.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a home care environment.Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
