What to expect
From the cannula to feeling yourself again — here's how the session goes.
Getting started
After a quick physician assessment, your nurse checks your vitals and places a fine cannula — it feels like a standard injection.
During the drip
You relax while the formula infuses directly into your bloodstream at full potency.
Afterwards
The cannula comes out and you carry on with your day — no downtime.
How often
Your nurse advises on frequency based on your goals and how you respond.

How to prepare
Eat normally, hydrate well and do not fast. Wear sleeves that push up easily. This higher-dose session runs longer and the glutathione component is prepared fresh at your side because it breaks down in light. Allow the full time — the rate is deliberate, and slowing it further is the correct response to any flushing rather than stopping the session outright.
Who this drip is for
For people continuing a skin course who want the fuller formulation, or starting one after sun exposure, travel or a demanding period. Healthy adults only, and not in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Poorly controlled asthma is a reason to avoid the glutathione component. This is nutritional support for skin, not a dermatological treatment — changing moles or worsening acne need examining by a doctor.
Everything you need to know about the Healthy Skin Max
Packed with skin-nourishing vitamins, antioxidants, and hydration, this drip rejuvenates your skin from the inside out for a healthier, radiant appearance.
The part of your skin that decides how firm it looks is not the part your serum reaches. Collagen is made in the dermis, below the layer that anything applied to the surface can meaningfully penetrate, and the cells that make it are supplied by blood rather than by what is on the bathroom shelf.
Fibroblasts, and why the supply route matters
Fibroblasts are the cells that manufacture collagen and elastin, and they sit in the dermis, fed by capillaries. Everything they need to do that job arrives through the bloodstream.
Topical products act on the epidermis above them, and they act on it well — that is where barrier function, surface hydration and the appearance of texture live. But the structural proteins that determine firmness are built lower down, out of materials that have to be eaten or infused. This formulation is aimed squarely at that layer, which is why it carries more than vitamins.
Vitamin C is not optional for collagen
Collagen starts as a loose chain that has to be modified before it can fold into the triple helix that gives it strength. The enzymes performing that modification cannot work without vitamin C as a cofactor.
Without it, the collagen produced is structurally unstable — which is why scurvy shows first in the gums, the skin and old scars. This is not a general antioxidant argument. It is a specific, non-negotiable step, and it is the reason vitamin C sits in a formulation intended to support collagen rather than merely brighten.
Amino acids are the raw material
Collagen has an unusual composition: roughly a third of it is glycine, and it is exceptionally rich in proline. Building it requires those amino acids in quantity, sustained over the weeks the process takes.
Supplying amino acids alongside the cofactor means both the material and the machinery are present at the same time. That combination matters most for people whose intake has been low — anyone eating restrictively, anyone who has been unwell, and older adults, in whom both intake and synthesis tend to decline together.
What zinc contributes
Zinc is a cofactor in a large number of enzymes, several of which govern wound repair and the proliferation of skin cells. Deficiency is visible: slow healing, rashes at the corners of the mouth, thin skin that marks easily.
It also sits in one of the body's principal antioxidant enzymes, which is directly relevant here. Ultraviolet exposure drives collagen breakdown through oxidative damage, so protecting new collagen matters as much as building it in a climate with year-round sun.
Why this one is designed to run as a course
Skin renews on a cycle of roughly a month, and collagen turns over more slowly still. A single infusion raises the availability of these nutrients for a few days, which is not long enough to influence a process measured in cycles.
A course keeps the supply up across several of them. Expect the sequence to run in that order too: hydration and texture respond first, tone follows, firmness last of all. It suits established sun damage, a stretch of illness or restricted eating, or an event far enough away to prepare properly for. The doctor sets the spacing.

Written for Vesta Care patients in Dubai, using the laboratory's own panel definitions and reference ranges. Content is reviewed for clinical accuracy before publication and updated whenever the panel composition changes.
Independently reviewed for clinical accuracy: the biomarkers listed, what each one measures, the conditions it helps identify and the preparation advice were checked against current laboratory practice. Reviewing clinician is always different from the author, and no page is published without this second read.
